Opine Slip-on Dear Respected Team,
Regarding Order #14522, which was received on 19 November 2025, this is the second time I have received the same model after returning the previous one due to the same issue.
After less than one month of use, scratches have started to appear again, as shown in the attached picture. There is no apparent reason from my side that could explain this issue, which raises concern that there may be a problem with the leather quality of this model—especially considering that it is not a low-priced item.
Kindly provide your feedback and advise on how this issue can be addressed.
