Do you have Installment Plans?
We offer interest-free installment plans for up to six months through various financial partners, including Banks, ValU, Premium Card, Sympl, and Aman. Additionally, our customers have the option to utilize their Debit Cards to divide purchases into five manageable payments via Sympl without the need for a subscription.
To select an installment payment method:
1. Enter your address and shipping details.
2. Choose your preferred payment method (debit cards/credit cards/wallets/installments).
3. Complete your purchase by clicking on 'Pay'.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If you received a damaged item, kindly contact our customer service team promptly. Please provide your order number along with a photograph of the damage so we may assist you efficiently.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please reach out to us promptly if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Order modifications are permitted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items remain in their original condition. Swimsuits and water equipment exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will arrange for a courier to collect the initial shipment and verify that it is in its original condition. Upon successful verification, we will promptly dispatch your exchange order.
Can I request a refund?
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon approval of your refund request, we will arrange a courier to collect the item(s) from you. Once received, we will conduct a thorough verification to ensure the items are in their original condition.
If the items meet our return criteria, we will ask for your payment details—such as bank account information, Instapay, or mobile wallet details—and initiate the refund process within 10 working days. Please note that if the items are not returned in their original condition, they will be sent back to you.
