Our online store is open 24/7, and we process and ship orders from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. will be processed on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Alexandria: 3–4 business days
• All other governorates: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Important: For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, packages must not be opened upon delivery.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
