Our on-line store is open 24/7 and we ship Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 12:00 P.M will ship the second business day, when received before 12:00 P.M will ship same business day. Our delivery period takes from 2 to3 days inside Cairo & Giza, Alexandria 3 to 4 business days, rest Governorates from 3 to 7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
